Free blown glass is truly an art, especially when the glass is blown to three feet lengths. This is the first step in the creation of the Whimsy and Garbanzo series. The glass is then washed with acid in preparation for the painted art finishes applied to each piece by hand by individual artisans.К They are then married to the frames that are made of iron, finished in black to act as an easel for presentation of the final art glass.К Electrified, these pieces of art have function too! (takes 1 60 watt bulb not inlcuded). Comes with 6 and 12 inch extensions that screw together for four height options (35, 41, 47 or 53 inches)
